Terms of service.

Acceptable use

Don't use PerfCopilot to harass, surveil employees in bad faith, or violate applicable employment laws. Reviews are decision-support; the manager remains accountable for outcomes.

Subscription & billing

Pro plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You can cancel any time from the Customer Portal — your account drops to Free at the end of the billing period. Refunds are pro-rated for downtime caused by us; otherwise non-refundable for partial months.

Service availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but make no formal SLA guarantee on the Free tier. Pro tier customers can request status updates and we maintain a public incident log.

Your data

You own your organization's data. We process it as needed to provide the service. On account deletion, we permanently remove it within 30 days (modulo backup rotation).

Liability

PerfCopilot is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are announced via the in-app notification system at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes take effect = acceptance.
